POLICIES:
· Group Sales discounts are offered on orders consisting of 20 or more tickets unless otherwise specified.
· Group discounts are not available on the day of the event.
· It is very important to fill out your email address and cell phone number on your order forms.
· Each child over 24 months of age must possess their own ticket to gain show admittance unless otherwise specified; shows such as Sesame Street Live, Disney Live!, and The Wiggles require children over 12 months of age to have a ticket
· Once you enter the building, everyone should retain their ticket stub in case someone is separated from the group.
· Please specify any special needs when placing an order so that we can better assist those patrons with disabilities.
· Bus drivers must have a ticket to enter the building.
· Upon receipt of your group ticket order, check the tickets to ensure you have received the correct date and performance time.
PROCEDURE:
· When calling for information or to place an order, call 201-460-4370 and ask for the group sales order form for the event you are interested in. The form can be faxed to you or you can download it from www.izodcenter.com/groupsales.
· Once you are ready to place an order, you will be transferred to a box office representative or you can just fax in your order form along with a seat location request form to 201-896-0590. All orders must fill out a completed group sales order form.
· Upon receiving your order, along with payment in full or an attached purchase order, the following process will take place:
1. The account will be set up and locations will be assigned based on your requests and first come first serve basis.
2. Your tickets will then arrive via regular mail within 10 business days.
PAYMENT
· Payment in full must be received at the time of the order.
· Purchase orders are acceptable as long as the purchase order number is given. When using purchase orders, please note full payment is due one week prior to the show.
· A service and processing fee of $10 will be added to the price of each group order. An additional order of 5 or more tickets may be added to a paid account. However, seating will be based upon availability and may not be in the same location as the original group order. A service fee will not be added to the first additional order placed (per event) but will be charged the $10 service fee for each additional order afterwards.
· Payments made by money order or check made payable to the NJSEA. If you are paying by check, please submit one check as remittance, multiple checks will not be accepted. Personal checks will be accepted until three weeks prior to the event. A certified check, money order, credit card or cash is required within three weeks prior to the event. A $25 service charge will be imposed on returned check.
· We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
· All paid orders will be sent regular U.S. Postal Service unless specified.
· All orders received one week prior to an event will be held at reservations/Will Call.
· Overnight mail is available when you provide us with a credit card or express mail account number.
EVENT DAY HELPFUL HINTS:
· Placing your order early with Group Sales allows for easy planning and better choice of seat location.
· Bring your Group Sales receipt with you on the day of the event to expedite seating.
· Keep a record of your ticket locations so that we can better assist you should your tickets become lost or stolen.
· Arrive early to avoid delays.
· All vehicles must pay for parking. Ask your Group Sales Representative about parking fees and pre-payment for buses and vans.

IZOD CENTER PARKING:
· The parking fee for events at the IZOD Center varies for each event.
· Parking lots open 3 hours prior to show time.
· The following fees apply and are subject to change:
1. Buses $20
2. Vans $15
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES INFORMATION
We are dedicated to serving the needs of all our guests. We recognize the requirements of guests with disabilities, and have designated seats throughout our facility for those who need wheelchair access, have mobility impairments, and for those who are blind/visually impaired or deaf/hard for hearing. Additional seating is also available for persons attending an event with a guest who is disabled.
If you are planning on attending an event with 10 or more guests, please contact the Group Sales Office at 201. 460. 4370 (voice). If you are ordering tickets for a group and a person with a disability is attending, please tell your Group Sales Representative when you are place your order so that we may provide proper seating and accommodations. If after receiving tickets you need accessible seating for someone, contact Group Sales immediately.

The IZOD Center Group Sales Department is working with NJ/NY’s largest employers and organizations to make discount tickets available to your employees or members in a fast, easy and convenient way!
