American Idol Season 10 Registration
Sunday, August 1 - Tuesday, August 3

Wristbands will be distributed from 7:00 AM on Sunday, August 1 until 8:00 AM on Tuesday, August 3. Auditioners will not be permitted to camp out. Once auditioners obtain their wristbands, they will be asked to return to the IZOD Center by 5:00 AM on Tuesday, August 3.

There is no paid ticket for this event. Contestants must first come onsite to register in order to audition on Aug. 3.

THERE WILL BE NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ANY OF THE VENUES - that includes all of the Meadowlands Sports Complex and its venues.

In celebration of the momentous 10th anniversary and in an effort to continue to find the best, undiscovered talent in the nation. American Idol is expanding the eligibility age range for the first time ever to include hopefuls from 15 to 28 years old. (The previous minimum age requirement was 16.)

Public Transportation:
The Coach USA bus # 351 will run from the Port Authority bus terminal on Sunday fvrom 10:00am to 4:00pm, and on Tuesday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.  They will NOT run service on Monday.  Bus stop is between lots 27 & 28.

NJ Transit Bus #164 will start returning to New York (Port Authority) beginning at 9:00 AM and will run every hour. The bus will depart from the Stadium side of the walkover bridge.
